Damn it, why must I like video games. There is literally about 9 games I want by the end of the year. 1 for PS2, 7 for Wii, and 1 for DS.
Capcom has not only announced Resident Evil 4 and Umbrella Chronicles for Wii, but Phoenix Wright 3 for DS, which is awesome.
Also, Funimation has picked up the rights for One Piece. I have never saw One Piece because of stupid ass edits. It sounds dumb, but I believe those edits take the fun out of seeing the show as it was meant to be. Hopefully Funi will put out uncut versions of episode 1-144, but who knows really.

I'm sorry. I haven't really been paying much attention to this, mostly cause I got a Wii in the beginning of January. I haven't played it recently but I'm about 12 hours into Twilight Princess. Dear god, what an awesome game.

So, you might have noticed that I have not been online lately. Well, if you haven't notice, now you know. Well, it all started a long time ago...last Tuesday. Occasionally, I do get a Blue Screen of Death every once in a while, but that's a given when you have a Windows OS. Well, I've been getting a similar thing lately. No problem. Turn the computer back on. Computer is running as slow as fuck. Oh, okay then. Bam! Blue Screen. Shit.
As of today, I can get it running for at least 30 minuites. I'm very close to backing up my stuff on DVD, and send it either to my local computer repair shop or back to the manufacturer. So that explains my absence from the internets.
Anyone who wants to try and help me, the BSoD error is "Page Fault in Nonpage Area", and yes, I have ran Scandisk and tried Defragmenting it, before the BSoD attacks, probably because of the physical memory. |

So, Nintendo finally decided to announce the price and date of the Wii. November 19, $250.00
Am I going to get it? Based on everything I've seen so far, my answer is: Fuck yeah, I am.

So, yeah, I haven't updated this that much anymore.
I've been hanging out with my friends that are going or already are in college and working a shitload.
I've started all my college classes today. The only teacher I really like is my Political Science teacher. Very funny and quite energetic and he seems like he wants people to pass his class, unlike my other teacher. I kinda like the Computer Science guy, since he jokes around about computers, pop culture and such, but C++ can get interesting only so much.

I do like the customers at my work. I swear, some people are incredibly clueless.
15-year-old Kid: "Hi. Um...what Playstation 2 games can you play online?"
Me: "Ummm...the ones that say...'online' on it perhaps?"
Woman: *Staring at a motorcycle game* "Uh, yeah. Is this a game?"
Me: "Yeeeeaaaah?"
A different woman: "Is that TV for sale?"
Me: "No, that's to display the video games."
A different woman: "You mean, I can't buy it? It's not on sale or anything?"
Me: "Nope."
A different woman: "Are you sure?"
Me: *long pause* "Yes."
Wierd looking hobo-type guy: "Hey. Yeah, can you help me out. Do you have da Corn Flakes cereal with da rooster on it? You got some 'Lil' Mur-maid' thingy on thar. Why not da rooster?"
Oh, I wish I was joking about all of them. |

So, I'm back from Ohio. And not much really happened. Visited relatives, saw a Cincinnati Reds game, ate with my grandmother at a restaurant, swam, and that's about it.

People that smoke are really starting to piss me off. First thing I had to deal with at work today was smoke filling the back room. I mean, right when I enter, the aroma of smoke was so strong, it almost made my eyes tear. It seems that the smoke room, which is connected to the "non-smoke" break room (a fucking stupid idea from the start), it seems that their fan broke. No big deal. But in 95 degrees plus, it would get hot really quick. So instead of doing the smart thing and go outside to smoke, they open their door, letting in the smoke to the actual break room, which then makes us open the break room, which fills the entire back of the store.
Now this would not be a problem for me, as I could avoid this, but one of my managers that seems to have about six long vibrating dildos up his anus says that I can NOT take my lunch that I brought outside the breakroom, meaning I can't take it to the Subway in the store, and eat it there. So I had to spend an enitre hour, breathing in second-hand smoke. The smokers tell me to stop complaining about it, and then bitch about their fan being broken, and making up some story about some mangers telling them that they can not smoke outside. Bullshit. I see employees from most every store outside, in their uniform, and smoke outside. That is pure made up bullshit that they can not go outside. You're just to damn lazy to walk almost 80 feet to step outside and smoke cause you want to talk to your friends.
This would not be a problem for me, but since I got to deal with smokers at college, who think it's funny to smoke in my face, and laugh, I'm quite pissed off. If I see another college guy, who blows smoke in my face, I'm not going to hesitate to punch them in their black and yellow decaying teeth. You guys are really trying to piss me off.
To top this all off, one of my co-workers told me that the government is putting out the "Truth" commercials and the statement that second hand kills people more than people who acutally smoke the cigarette. Yeah. She's saying the government is using this to cover up all the factory smoke and factory waste things that are going around. No you dipshit. I had three relatives that have died that had something to do with smoking, one was actually lung cancer. My friend had of few of her relatives die from smoking as well. The government covering up something like second hand so people don't pay attention to what the hell the factories are doing is pure shit. I would of either yelled something back, or punched this person, but I was on duty at the time, and a manager came in near the end of the discussion.
So, in summery, if you want to smoke, I have no problem with that. If you smoke in front of people that don't smoke and don't care about what you are doing, I hope you die. I don't care if you work for 15 minutes, then go in the back and smoke for 45 minutes, going through 3 cigarettes. If you do that in front of me, then I will drop you like a sack of shit.
(Oh, and if you ask, no, I'm not trying to be Maddox nor am I trying to be like Foamy. Shut the hell up.) |

Hooray! Today is my birthday.
I've already gotten two things so far. Trauma Center: Under the Knife for DS from Scott, and a computer desk that I sorely needed from my parents.
Update: Got Floyd's Pulse DVD and another Floyd Shirt, and I got a sarcastic T-shirt. Went to dinner at an Italian restaurant, and then went with my friends to Gameworks, which was interesting all around. So all in all, I had a good birthday. |

So, I had to drop Political Science. Yeah, basing a whole grading system on just 4 tests alone is kinda unfair for me because, you know, I suck at tests.

It's sad that I'll probably not see Andy again anytime soon. On the plus side, staying over your very good friend's house with strange relatives raising eyebrows at me and listening to said friend cussing at Kingdom Hearts is fun.
That sounded like I didn't have a good time, but I guess strange things makes me feel happy. |
